The website

The site describes the studio and how to contact us. Content is provided for general information. You may not misuse the site.

Applications we publish

Applications distributed through the Apple App Store are also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless we provide a custom EULA with the product. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for its intended purpose.

Purchases

In-app purchases and paid applications billed by Apple or Google are charged by those companies. Their refund and cancellation rules apply.

Privacy

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praxen Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our applications. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.
