Praxen Inc. (“Praxen,” “we,” “us”) is a privately held company based in Chappaqua, New York, United States. This policy describes how we collect, use, share, and retain personal information when you visit praxeninc.com, contact us, or use software we publish, including applications distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and other storefronts.

Information we collect

Information you provide: name, email address, organization, and the contents of a message when you contact us. Standard server logs may include IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps. This site does not use advertising cookies and does not run a third-party analytics pixel.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries and provide support; to operate this website and applications we publish; to fulfill contracts with clients; and to comply with law.

When we share information

We share information with service providers who process it on our instructions, with storefronts such as Apple and Google for purchases, and with authorities when required. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Applications and Apple platforms

Each Praxen application distributed through the Apple App Store includes a privacy nutrition label. Support for those applications is offered at support@praxeninc.com.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Write to privacy@praxeninc.com. Residents of U.S. states with consumer privacy laws, including New York residents, may also have rights under those laws.

Children

This website and, unless a product says otherwise, applications published by Praxen Inc. are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
